Winemaking info: Handpicking of the grapes from August until September. The varieties are fermented separately. The alcoholic fermentation is classic at 18-22°C for about 18-20 days into the stainless steel tanks.

Maturation: At least one year Into French oak barrels in order to enhance the flavours and the aromas of the wine .

Tasting notes: Deep red colour. It has aromas of red fruits. The taste is rich, with balanced acidity and soft tannins. The aftertaste is long and pleasant.

Food pairing: Red meats, dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.
