Winemaking info: Handpicking of the grapes from August until September. The varieties are fermented separately. The alcoholic fermentation is classic at 18-22°C for about 18-20 days into the stainless steel tanks.

Maturation: At least one year into the French oak barrels in order to enhance the flavors and aromas.

Tasting notes: Deep red colour. It has aromas of dried fruits, spices and red fruits. The taste is rich, with balanced acidity. The aftertaste is complicated and long.

Food pairing: Red meats with spicy sauces and matured cheeses.
