Training system: Royat double cordon

Winemaking info: Handpicking of the grapes at the first days of September. The maceration is cold at 14-16°C, for about 2-4 hours, in order to extract the ideal colour of the red grapes. The duration of alcoholic fermentation is about 15 days into the stainless steel tanks.

Maturation: At least 3 months into the stainless steel tanks in contact with the wine lees.

Tasting notes: Bright colour of roses. It has aromas of red fruits. The taste is rich, with balanced acidity. The aftertaste is fruity and long.

Food pairing: Pastas with tomato sauces and sea food, white meats and deserts.

Temperature: 10-12°C
