Vinification: Harvesting of grapes at the end of August. Controlled cold maceration at 14-16°C for about 6-8 hours to extract more aromatic and flavor characteristics. Alcoholic fermentation lasts approximately 15 days in stainless steel tanks.

Aging: At least 2 months in stainless steel tanks in contact with the lees, while a small portion remains for 2 months in new French oak barrels.

Organoleptic Characteristics: Clear yellow-green color. Aromas of white flowers and white-fleshed fruits balanced with the sweet vanilla notes from the barrel. The taste is oily with balanced acidity. The finish is long.

Food Pairing: Fresh grilled fish, white meats, fruit salads.
