Winemaking info: Handpicking of the grapes from August until September. The alcoholic fermentation is happening separately. Cold maceration at 14-16°C for about 6-8 hours in order to extract more flavours and aromas and the duration of alcoholic fermentation is about 15 days into the stainless steel tanks.

Maturation: At least 3 months into the stainless steel tanks in contact with the wine lees.

Tasting notes: Bright yellow-green colour. It has aromas of white flesh fruits. The taste is fresh and rich, with balanced acidity. The aftertaste is medium to long.

Food pairing: Appetizers, fresh fish on the grill, sea food, white meat.
